PRINTING
Chuẩn bị: Khởi động máy chọn Windows Server 2003 Enterprise (Chưa nâng cấp lên Domain Controller)
B 1. Mở Windows Explorer → Menu Tools → Folder B 2. Tab View → Bỏ dấu check ở option
Options… Automatically search for network folders and
printers → OK
B 3. Kiểm tra đường truyền bằng lệnh ping trong command line
B 4. Mở chương trình Local Security Policy: Start → Programs → Administrative Tools → Local Security
Policy
B 5. Cho phép user có password trắng được truy cập: Local Policies → Security Options → Double click vào
mục Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only → chọn Disable → OK.
B 6. Cập nhật sự thay đổi policy bằng cách dùng lệnh: gpupdate /force trong command line
B 7. Tạo 2 user u1 password 123, u2 password 123: Trên màn hình desktop, click chuột phải vào My
Computer → Manage. Trong cửa sổ Windows Management: System Tools → Local Users and Groups →
Users → Click chuột phải vào Users → New User …
B 8. Tạo group Sep, add u1 vào group Sep
1. INSTALL & SHARE LOCAL PRINT DEVICE
B 1. Start → Settings → Printers and Faxes B 2. Trong hộp thoại Local or Network Printer,
Trong cửa sổ Printers and Faxes, double click Add Chọn option Local printer attached to this
Printer computer, Bỏ dấu check ở option Automatically
Trong hộp thoại Welcome to the Add Printer detect and install my Plug and Play printer → Next
Wizard → Next

B 3. Trong hộp thoại Select a Printer Port, chọn B 4. Trong hộp thoại Istall Printer Software, chọn
option Use the following port → chọn port LPT1 → Manufacturer HP và Printers là HP 2000 → Next

B 5. Trong hộp thoại Name Your Printer, nhập B 6. Trong hộp thoại Printer Sharing, nhập Share
Printer name: HP2000 PCXX → Next name: HP2000PCXX → Next
B 7. Trong hộp thoại Location and Comment, nhập B 8. Trong hộp thoại Print Test Page, chọn No →
Location: Lau 1 - Phong 101 và Comment: May in Next → Finish
P. KeToan → Next (Print device HP2000 PC17 đã được add vào)
2. INSTALL & SHARE NETWORK PRINT DEVICE
B 1. Start → Settings → Printers and Faxes
Trong cửa sổ Printers and Faxes, double click Add
Printer
Trong hộp thoại Welcome to the Add Printer
Wizard → Next
B 2. Trong hộp thoại Local or Network Printer,
Chọn option Local printer attached to this
computer, Bỏ dấu check ở option Automatically
detect and install my Plug and Play printer → Next

B 3. Trong hộp thoại Select a Printer Port, chọn B 4. Trong hộp thoại Welcome to the Add Standard
option Create a new port TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard → Next
→ chọn Standard TCP/IP port → Next
B 5. Trong hộp thoại Add Port, nhập địa chỉ IP của
print device: 192.168.2.254.(Địa chỉ có thể thay đổi
tùy theo máy in mạng) Windows sẽ tự động đặt tên
port (port name) → Next
B 6. Nếu có máy in mạng với IP đã được định sẵn như B 7. Trong hộp thoại Welcome to the Add Standard
ở bước 5 thì hệ thống sẽ tự nhận dạng loại card mạng TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard → Next Trong hộp
của máy in. Do bài tập này không có máy in nên ta thoại Completing…, Kiểm tra các thông số và chọn
phải khai báo loại card. Trong hộp thoại Additional Back để điều chỉnh (nếu cần) → Finish
Port Information Required, chọn Device Type -
Standard - Generic Network Card → Next
B 8. Trong hộp thoại Istall Printer Software, chọn B 9. Trong hộp thoại Name Your Printer, nhập
Manufacturer HP và Printers là HP 2100 → Next Printer name: HP2100 PCXX → Next

Standard TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard → Next TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard → Next Trong hộp
Trong hộp thoại Printer Sharing, nhập Share name: thoại Location and Comment, nhập Location: Lau 2
HP2100PCXX → Next - Phong 201 và Comment: May in P. NhanSu →

B 11. Trong hộp thoại Print Test Page, chọn No →
Next → Finish
3. MAP SHARED PRINT DEVICE
B 1. Start → Settings → Printers and Faxes
Trong cửa sổ Printers and Faxes, double click Add
Printer
Trong hộp thoại Welcome to the Add Printer
Wizard → Next
B 2. Trong hộp thoại Local or Network Printer,
Chọn option A network printer or a printer
attached to another computer → Next
B 3. Trong hộp thoại Specify a Printer, chọn option B 4. Trong hộp thoại Browse for Printer, double click
Connect to this printer (or to browse… → Next vào WORKGROUP → double click vào PC muốn
kết nối → click vào print device muốn kết nối → Next
Trong hộp thoại cảnh báo → Yes

B 5. Trong hộp thoại Default Printer, chọn No → B 6. Trong hộp thoại Completing… → Finish
Next Print device HP2000 PC18 đã được add vào
4. PRINTING SECURITY
B 1. Mở Properties của máy in: Trong cửa sổ B 2. Trong cửa sổ Properrties chọn tab Security
Printers and Faxes, Click chuột phải vào máy in →
Properties
Nhận xét: Group CREATOR OWNER có quyền Manage Documents, Group Everyone có quyền Print
B 3. Add group Sep vào → Phân quyền B 5. Sử dụng máy in ở chế độ Offline: Trong cửa sổ Printers
cho group Sep: Print, Manage Printers và and Faxes, Click chuột phải vào máy in → Use Printer Offline.
Manage Documents → Apply → OK (Icon máy in sẽ mờ đi)

5. KIỂM TRA KẾT QUẢ
B 1. Log off Administrator, log on u1
Mở chương trình Notepad: Start → Run → Programs → Accessories
→ Notepad
B 2. Nhập nội dung vào rồi ra lệnh in: chọn menu File → Print → chọn
máy in HP2000 PC17 (default printer)
Lặp lại lệnh in 4 lần trên default printer
B 3. Mở chương trình quản lý máy in: Start → B 4. Click chuột phải vào một dòng status → Cancel →
Settings → Printers and Faxes Yes
Trong cửa sổ Printers and Faxes, double click vào (u1 có thể xóa văn bản)
máy in HP2000 PC17
B 5. Đóng cửa sổ HP2000 PC17. Mở Properties của B 6. Log off u1, log on u2. Mở chương trình Notepad:
máy in: Trong cửa sổ Printers and Faxes, Click Start → Run → Programs → Accessories → Notepad
chuột phải vào máy in HP2000 PC17 → Properties
=> u1 có thể điều chỉnh các thông số của máy in
(quyền Printer Management) B 7. Nhập nội dung vào rồi ra lệnh in: chọn menu File
→ Print → chọn máy in HP2000 PC17 (default printer)
Lặp lại lệnh in 4 lần trên default printer
B 8. Mở chương trình quản lý máy in: Start → Settings
→ Printers and Faxes. Trong cửa sổ Printers and
Faxes, double click vào máy in HP2000 PC17

B 9. Click chuột phải vào một dòng status của văn bản
=> u2 chỉ có thể xóa văn bản do mình ra lệnh in
mà u2 đã ra lệnh in → Cancel → Yes
B 10. Click chuột phải vào một dòng status của văn => u2 không thể xóa văn bản do user khác ra lệnh in
bản mà u1 đã ra lệnh in → Cancel → Yes
B 11. Log off u2, log on u1. Mở chương trình quản lý B 12. Click chuột phải vào một dòng status của văn
máy in: Start → Settings → Printers and Faxes. bản mà u2 đã ra lệnh in → Cancel → Yes
Trong cửa sổ Printers and Faxes, double click vào
=> u1 có toàn quyền xóa văn bản

6. PRINTER POOLING: TỰ ĐỘNG CHỌN MÁY IN KHÔNG CÓ JOB
1 Printer (icon - máy in luận lý) đại diện cho nhiều Print Devices (máy in vật lý)
B 1. Trong hộp thoại Properties của HP2000 B 2. Đánh dấu check vào option Enable printer pooling →
PC17 → Tab Ports Đánh dấu check vào Port IP-192.168.2.254 → Apply → OK
8. PRINTER PRIORITY: (ĐỘ ƯU TIÊN)
1 Print Device (máy in vật lý) đại diện bởi nhiều Printer (icon - máy in luận lý)
B 1. Tạo thêm một máy in luận lý cho máy in vật lý HP2000 PC17. Máy in luận lý có tên là May Sep:
1.1. Start → Settings → Printers and Faxes. Trong Printers and Faxes, double click Add Printer
1.3. Trong hộp thoại Welcome to the Add Printer Wizard → Next
1.4. Trong hộp thoại Local or Network Printer, Chọn option Local printer attached to this computer, Bỏ
dấu check ở option Automatically detect and install my Plug and Play printer → Next

1.5. Trong hộp thoại Select a Printer Port, chọn 1.8. Trong hộp thoại Name Your Printer, nhập tên:
option Use the following port → chọn LPT1 → Next May Sep → Next
1.6. Trong hộp thoại Istall Printer Software, chọn 1.9. Trong hộp thoại Printer Sharing, nhập Share
Manufacturer HP và Printers là HP 2000 → Next name: MaySep → Next
1.7. Trong hộp thoại Use Existing Driver, chọn Keep 1.10. Trong hộp thoại Completing…, Kiểm tra các
existing driver → Next thông số và chọn Back để điều chỉnh (nếu cần) →
Finish
B 2. Remove 2 group Everyone và Power Users: B 3. Add group Sep, gán 2 quyền Print và Manage
Click chuột phải vào May Sep → Properties → Tab Documents → Apply
Security → chọn Everyone → Remove, chọn Power
Users → Remove → Apply
B 4. Set Priority: chuyển qua tab Advanced, chỉnh
Priority: 2 → Apply → OK: May Sep có độ ưu tiên
là 2 được giành cho Group Sep sử dụng
9. AVAILABLE TIME (Cho máy in hoạt động vào thời gian định sẵn)
Tạo thêm một máy in luận lý cho máy in vật lý HP2000 PC17. Máy in luận lý có tên là By Night:
Mở Properties của máy in By Night → tab Advanced
→ chọn và điều chỉnh Available from … To …
